2. Alpha/Beta Disclaimer

Please Note: Flashbacks is currently in an Alpha/Beta release phase. The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without any warranties of any kind. You acknowledge that:

• The Service may contain bugs, errors, or inaccuracies.
• The Service may be interrupted or unavailable at times.
• Data loss may occur, though we take regular backups to prevent this.

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.
